how to make hotfolder dfe indigo 7000

I've never made a hotfolder.
Can anyone explain me hoe tot do it in a easy wat.
Running 7000 serie 3 sheetfed.

We want for instance a hotfolder for 4/4 FC , 4 times a5 on sheet 32 x46 cm
Silk 300 grs

Other on is 4/4fc, 4 times size 15x15cm on 32x46 cm silk 300 grs.
